How It Works
We’ve simplified the process of professionally cleaning, boxing, and returning your cherished wedding dress. Here’s how it works in five easy steps…
1. Place your order
Reserve your booking by placing an order with a £75 deposit. You won’t need to make any further payment until your dress has been cleaned and is ready to be delivered back to you.
2. Arrange collection
We’ll get in touch to schedule a collection time that suits you best, and our dedicated courier will arrive to pick up your dress directly from your location.
3. Fully checked
Once we receive your items, we’ll carefully verify them against your order. If there are any differences or matters that require clarification, we’ll reach out to you.
4. Expertly cleaned
We’ll clean your dress using a specialised, bespoke process carefully tailored to its individual needs
5. Returned to you
When your dress is ready, we’ll get in touch to arrange the final payment and schedule a delivery time that’s most convenient for you.

Once your wedding dress has been cleaned, you can choose for it to be carefully packed into a museum quality preservation box containing special PH neutral acid free tissue paper.
The box and tissue will protect your cherished dress from atmospheric elements which can be harmful as well as preventing your dress from going yellow or discoloured after several years. And for a truly special and personal touch, why not have your box personalised with our calligraphy service?
